We are in full blown holiday season and it’s only getting more festive from here until the end of the year!  One of the best parts about this time of year is sharing a meal and delicious treats with people you love. Whether it’s a holiday party with your soul sisters or a pajama party with your family there is always plenty of good food to go around and that can be a bit nerve-wracking for times when we are trying to make our Wellth a priority.  We so get it. Not everyone is on the gluten free, dairy free, soy free and refined sugar free train. Our solution? Come prepared and bring your own treat that is perfect for your needs.

We recently asked our friend Lisa Hayim of The Well Necessities to help our Wellth Warriors out with a delicious recipe and she created one just for you. So good! It’s vegan and gluten free and has just a few ingredients to make your sweet dreams come to life.

Check it out below and be sure to hop on over to Lisa’s site for more inspiration on how to stay healthy and grounded during the holidays.
